You guys were GREAT!!
Every staff member at the LAX location whom we encountered was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The facility was easily both the shuttle at the airport and the access upon return of the vehicles. The cars were in great condition and better than we expected. A very good experience!
Everthing about the rental experience with Midway was perfect with the exception of the pick up from the terminal No one told me that it was not a Midway bus but a Joe's bus and they don't come as often as the other car rental agencies and it was very crowded because of that.
The staff was wonderful and the car I received was better than expected!
Initial vehicle had multiple damaged areas. I was given another similar class vehicle with no apologizes for the condition of the initial vehicle. The issue was resolved but with a bit of an attitude.

Top Notch Operation
We had to wait a bit longer than we expected to get the actual car, but the agent at the desk was helpful in the meantime. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience! Great rate, ease of access to the airport, great car... all went wonderfully!
