The rental was great. the only thing is, I do not like waiting when I return a car, I want to drop it off and go catch my flight. I stood there for over 5 min waiting on someone to come heck me in. There was no one in fornt of me.

Being unfamiliar with the area but knowing traffic is heavy, I appreciated specific directions and maps to know how to get to my destination, closest place to get gas, and exactly where to return the car. Proximity to my hotel was very important, as well as the shuttle from the airport.
The best car rental agency in the area!!! Will definitely rent from again.

Good value for the money...
Shuttle bus drove right by in the 3rd lane - could not have attempted to pick up people waititng. The first car I received was filthy inside. Inside staff was very helpful
