I usually don't rate things at the highest available option but the service I had was really above and beyond. The agent was very courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. The car I got was great and completely unexpected. I would definitely recommend Midway over any other service and will return in the future. Thanks for the great service!
Our rental experience with Midway was excellent. We waited at the wrong area of the curb at LAX so the van driver did not catch us on his loop. However, he called ahead and had another van sent to get us. Everyone was courteous and there was only a short wait time for our car.
Our last rental at LAX was a disaster and ended up with us taking a room for the night and starting over in the morning. So thankful to find Midway and know that a clean, late model car would be waiting for us.

Had to wait a while longer than expected at pick up due to confusion about the whereabouts of my rental car. But the staff found a solution quickly and gave me a very nice upgrade. Rental return and shuttle back to the terminal was seamless. Look forward to renting from you again.
