I love Midway, but the shuttle service through Joe's parking is quite poor. Long wait again this time. When I have an appointment and have to wait a long time, it is irritating.
The guys at Midway ALWAYS take care of me and have turned me into a VERY loyal customer.
I booked an economy car. I called the office about an hour before my reservation and they did not have an economy car on the lot. They have done this before and have upgraded me to a Jeep Patriot. This infuriates me because the Jeep does not have a trunk, so I have to leave my luggage and laptop exposed in the Jeep. Plus, the Jeep does not get good gas mileage compared to the car. Midway WestLA is a HORROBLE place to rent a car and I would NEVER recommend them. I used Enterprise instead.
The car was great and it came with all the features I wanted and more. The pickup time was great and it was really easy to pick up and drop off the car.
