Overall, I had a good experience. The car was better than expected and most of the staff I interacted with were quite courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely would rent from here again.

Everything was good except that the payment system is very rigid. Usually the name printed on the credit card is not the same as it is on my our ID. For example, name on ID is Tan Ming Ming, but name on credit card is Linda Tan. This is very common for us. And although we provide other credit cards with similar names printed as Linda Tan, we were rejected for the payment. We use our credit cards in other hotels in California but have no such issue. Hence, hope that you can improve payment system
Midway is so efficient! They always have great clean cars and even better at a good price. The staff at LAX and BUR are by far the best in the industry!

I MADE MY RESERVATION THINKING THAT IT WAS THE BEST DEAL. 67 DOLLARS CAME MY TOTAL, INCLUDING FEES, TAXES, ETC... AFTER RETURNING THE CAR, MY TOTAL CAME TO 118!!!!! I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE MANAGER SEVERAL TIMES AND I'M BEEN TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK!

Vehicle condition was excellent. Only issue was they only cover Nevada and California. We wanted to go to Arizona and since it was not allowed, our journey stopped at Vegas. Otherwise a very good company to drive your dream car to have some fun...
