I've rented from Midway literally about 100 times and the only thing that can improve is the pick up service. Other than that I'd say Midway is the best car rental company in all Los Angeles.

Make a long story short I received poor customer service and sub par excuses for the issues I had when picking up the vehicle. I was extremely upset with the lack of customer service that a manager by the name of Crystal provided at LAX. Luckily a gentleman by the name of Alex called to follow up and provided great customer service to resolve the issue. Alex was great. The poor and satisfactory ratings based on Crystals ability to handle the situation. Thanks to Alex I would rent again.
I rent a car from Midway everytime I travel to Los Angeles. The staff is great. The cars are clean with low miles and I feel like this company appreciates my business. This is my favorite car rental company. I travel every week throughout the US and Canada. I wish there was a Midway location everywhere!
