I have been renting from Nidway for a while now. They truly have the best customer service in the car rental industry. I work in the airline industry and know first hand the importance of great customer service, and by far, the people at Midway know and understand this as well. I always use Midway Car rental. They are great and have NO hidden costs or fees on their prices. Nobody can beat their prices. Their staff is always nice, friendly and efficient. I have used them for YEARS and will continue to do so. Wish more car rental companies would run like Midway does. I am VERY happy with them.
My first experience renting a car and Midway was very pleasant.
Joe's pickup schedule is terrible. Getting back to the airport doesn't seem to be a problem, but I have had to wait 30 minutes or more for a bus.
Other than that, I love Midway!

Midway is the very best rental agency I have used! Every time I have gone there I have been 100% satisfied. Way better than Enterprise in every way - and I drive from Santee to the same location every time - about 20 miles - because of the outstanding service I receive.
