Everything was fantastic
When I reserved the car online, without realizing which insurance it was, I marked the box to insurance for personal injury.(thinking is was car damage coverage). The customer service person asked me if that was what I really wanted and took it off when I realized it wasn't what I wanted. He easily could have left the reservation as is, without asking me about it. I really appreciate this. I feel like I can trust your company and will not hesitate to rent from Midway in the future.

We were stuck in LA traffic and went over an hour and got charged an extra day. The agent did not originally give us a quote when I received the car and when I was dropped off. I was just charged on my card. Communication could be better. They were very vague when I asked what would happen if I showed up late.

Brenda, an excellent customer service rep, even offered me a very nice upgrade! I've been renting from Midway for a few years and have always been happy with the service. Only complaint is service shuttles back & forth to the airport which can take up to half an hour at times.
There was confusion dropping the car off after hours. Make it Clear to Joe;s Airport Parking that they are to take Rental Car Keys after hours.
