The LAX office was very accommodating with my multiple flight changes. Staff was very friendly and I was helped right away. The facilities were nice and clean and the shuttle service was prompt. Would definitely rent from Midway LAX again.
Great service, great car, great value. Just had to wait a little longer than expected for the shuttle to and from the airport.
There was a delay since I rented with a debit card they required a secondary ID, like a utility bill (I was on vacation) or a passport (don't carry one when I travel within the US).... This wasn't specified on my reservation so it caused a delay.

I used midway car rental for the first time. It was only the best !! They gave me a new car, and the staff was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Midway car rental for all of you, and I'll use again this company when I go L.A. again.
I waited 40 minutes after my rental pick up time. that was disappointing but other than that it was a great experience.
Your rental and servicing staffs are the best I have experienced. No other company can compete against Midway for its service and quality of cars. Roger has stood out in helping me through a lot of forgotten items.

Everything and everyone is wondering, as always. One small observation: In this day and age, no matter the class of car rented, no vehicle should be offered that does not have blue tooth for the cell phones! It is not a luxury anymore, but rather a standard necessity. Thanks@
