Great service, though the office wait for pickup was greater than expected. I'd use your service again.
I was told that I couldn't be picked up, but had to wait 45 minutes while associate was picking someone else up from the airport. Not fair and poor customer service.
I loved that there was no extra fee to add an extra driver, as there is with most rental agencies. Everything about my experience was more personable and friendly than most agencies. I highly recommend M-Car!
