It took quite a while to find me a car in the office (~20-25 min) and then I went to the garage where I had to wait another 20 minutes for the car to be brought out. That's a bit too long for me.
Waited almost 1 hour for car, way too long. This included waiting @ office where staff, though courteous, took time to work thru long wait line. The car took 25 minutes to be brought down @ the garage. Unheard of! The gas tank was nearly empty which I didn't see till I was on the highway but I was not explained that, (usually renting the tank is full) & how much gas per gallon would suffice, & no refund policy, though I put in extra than received. Will not return unfortunately. Price was good.

The employees at pick-up and return were all especially nice and helpful. I even got a ride back to my hotel when I turned the car in. Good experience.

When we dropped the vehicle off on last day, it was a slower than normal process, but perhaps because they were just busy. Once, the person checked us out, he was very helpful and courteous. Overall, I'm very pleased with this car rental location and staff.
I rented from the Midway @ LAX. The cust rep was absolutely outstanding. I am disappointed I do not remember her name now, but she was one of only 2 reps there when I rented. She is African American, with short twists in her hair. Truly a pleasure to work with. I live in Atlanta, GA & never heard of Midway till I came to LAX. If I ever travel to LAX again I will without
question book through these guys again. OUTSTANDING!!!

My reservation was canceled on me twice. Before I left for trip . Reserved again at a off. Airport site. Arrived at Lax on my way to Santa Monica location on Xmas day. And was called told that there were 110 reservation and only 99 vehicles. Was told would call me during the week if car were returned. Without online rate. No call thankful my family was off for holiday.would go with hertz next time and pay more, and reiecieve vehicle.
ATTENDENTS IN GARAGE WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH DIRECTIONS.
The wiper fluid was empty which should not happen with good maintenance records. The interior of the car was not very cleaned.
