As a customer renting from abroad it was difficult to get an exact quote for the rental. That is a problem not only with your agency but others as well. Once in the US, though, the service was good and all questions were answered.
The quoted price did not include insurance, and there was no mention of insurance in the email quote I was given. The compulsory insurance doubled the price of the rental, and trebled the price if reasonable insurance was purchased.
Car booked was unavailable, upper class was offered. The catch: the upper class vehicle was a Jeep Wrangler (nothing else available for same price). The suspension was spine-breaking and the fuel comsumption very high. I hated the vehicle!

The best part of renting with midway is also staying at the radisson and then there is no transportation issues.
The staff at the LAX office were extremely helpful and the car was clean and well cared-for. Four stars to you guys. Plus, you undersold the competition by at least $200. Thanks again.

The only inconvenience, I had to show some kind of utility bill as proof of........; personally I did not like that (ID and credit card is enough).
I was charged for an extra day after being told I had an hour grace period for my return. I arrived to pick up at 3:30 did not leave the lot until 4:15 as there was a delay with the car. I was charged for 5 days at a higher rate. will not rent again.
