Quick service, transparent pricing, good location
I reserved a car weeks in advance of my trip, but when I arrived, there were no cars available. The staff kept telling us (there were a few other customers also waiting) that it would be "about 15-20 minutes." I was waiting patiently because the prices are so good, but after 45 minutes or so, I got frustrated and started putting pressure on the agent to get me a car (apparently they were waiting for people to return their cars!). They finally came up with a new Prius and it was great.
They were kind enough to upgrade me but the caar I was in was a low profile 2 door car that I was not comfortable driving because of how low it was.
Great experience, all around. Very clean, low-mileage vehicle. Would definitely use them again.
I specifically requested a compact/smaller vehicle since we were staying in an area with difficult parking. None were in stock, so we were "upgraded" to a way larger car. It was challenging to park and used a lot more fuel than we originally budgeted for.
Fair underage fee, knowledgeable staff, convenient hours
The return instructions were confusing. Because we returned during dark off hours the address on the side of the building caused us to turn into the gated lot. An attendent told us we had to go out and pull into the next driveway. When we finally got into the parking structure the sign directed us to the right but we did not see a designated area for returns. We ended up going down the wrong way and finally just parked the car in an empty space and dropped off the key.
My experience was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful.
