I got a pretty nice car brand new so I was not worry about breaking down or anything like that I was so satisfied with the car

I highly enjoyed the experience renting from Midway. I was skeptical at first, but wanted a luxury vehicle so decided to try your service. The E300 I received was literally brand new and perfect. I was offered an E63 AMG as an alternative, which was cool. I did notice that is was unclear on how to get to the Midway rental office at LAX and the store in Long Beach wasn't easy to find. The people at both locations were great. Make it easier to know where to go to pick/drop off the cars.
The rental agency was thorough and fair. The staff were good workers and provided a positive experience.
I was a first time renter and was SUPER impressed with the professionalism of all employees that I had contact with. Also clean facilities, car, etc. Will definitely ALWAYS use when I fly to LAX.

This was my first time renting from Midway. The whole experience was good. The person who picked us up at the airport took care of getting my bag on the shuttle bus. The rental location was literally with a very few minutes of the airport. The rental agent was on top of things and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. I have a discount account with Hertz and Midway beat their rate and the service was far superior. Brian Byrnes
