Nice and easy dropoff
They tried to upper charge me for next class vehicle which seemed to be only available option at my time of renting. Upon return they also tried to charge me fuel charge which was very wrong.
A truly pain-free car rental experience! I rented a RAV 4 and it was in beautiful condition and was what was asked for. It was great not having to deal with the "or equivalent" disclaimer. Next time I'm flying in to Burbank I'll be using Midway again.
