It was the first time I rented a car and it was awesome. The only thing to mention is that I have not seen the $200 deposit credited back to my credit card as promised.
We just discovered Midway and will use for all our rentals at LAX going forward. We had a great experience!
great rental experience and much cheaper than other companies
I travel to LAX from NY for business and have tried quite a few rental agencies. Midway is, by far, the easiest and most efficient to rent from. They're fast with getting you into the car, and your rental is still wet from the wash/cleaning when you pick it up, which is GREAT because I know I'm getting into a super clean car. Staff is friendly and the pick up person from the airport driving "Joe's Garage" van is ALWAYS cheerful and helpful with bags and luggage, too . Midway at LAX is excellent!
