Our experience was better than others we have had with bigger rental agencies.
I love Midway. They are very close to the airport and the staff are so friendly. The prices are great and their cars are always clean and smell good. I never have to wait and am driving off the lot in the time it takes me to get to the other car places to stand in line.

The only issue we had was the airport fee, I think is unfair since the rental place is not in the lax airport, it is in a hotel, and they're still charging for such feeling,other than that, very well.
The staff was helpful. We bought the basic insurance online and the agent didn’t sell us any other insurance. The whole process was fast.
