I could not believe how amazing Midway Car Rental was. Our flight was delayed and she called us as they were closing and said she would stay late until we got there. We would've had to spend so much money to get to our place so we were very grateful. This company goes above and beyond for their customers and I will never choose another rental nor recommend anyone but Midway.

Quick and easy and a great rate!
I was offered an upgrade which I declined, but the agent apparently thought I had approved it as the car I was given was what had been offered in the upgrade. I did not have time to chase it down and correct the matter so I accepted the car, and ultimately was glad I did for the extra trunk space available.
Office only opened at 8am which wasn’t great, but I did know this before booking.
This was the second time I rented from M-Car and I was very satisfied with the service.
Easy and friendly, have used many times before and will continue to use in future.

The location at LAX is very convenient. I stay at the Hyatt two buildings down and found it very easy to pick up and drop off. Will definitely use Midway again.
