wish all car companies were like yours. fast service and very, very clean cars. already booked another rental with you when i am in LA in december. it was so refreshing to have a car rental company operate with such competency.
I have rented from M-Car 3 or 4 times and was always happy with the service. I found the rental & return process at M-Car much more pleasant than at some of the more well known LAX car rental agencies.
The girl who I returned the car to was exceptionally nice and helpful. The guy who checked the car out to us wasn't the most friendly but he got the job done really quick. The lady who helped with the paper work was great.
Rental is a very good value, however, facility charges and airport concession are killing the good prices.

Was a little difficult to find the return entrance in the dark. First turned into the self-park parking lot. A sign at that turn saying to continue forward to the next entrance would be helpful. Thanks. S
I had never heard of MCar until looking at reviews before my trip to LA. I decided to take a chance and reserve a car from them. I could not have been happier. It is so much closer than the other car rental agencies I have used. Their website & email had all the info I needed, including a picture of the sign & the shuttle. I was picked up at the airport within 5 minutes and dropped off at the office 5 minutes later. I was taken care of immediately and in my car. Drop off was just as easy.
