I must WOW the representative that waited on me. He was helpful, courteous and so entertaining!! He has a wonderful personality, definitely a people person !!!

This time on my return trip to L.A. everything went perfectly! Shuttle arrived 5 minutes after I went outside and brought us to MCars and we got our rental in like 5-7 minutes! We returned the car and they were waiting and the shuttle back to the airport was ready immediately! This is truly the way to go!!! Go MCars Rental! This was truly excellent service! Will rent my car there as long as this service is excellent!
Great place to rent your car! This was my first rental from Mcar Rentals and was confused that I had rented a particular size car and they said they were not available but I was told in an email that my rental would be ready when I arrived but it was not! I was unsure what to do... But the representative went looking everywhere on site to find me a car and I thought that was awesome, but we were pressing for time and I almost gave up!. They just need to honor their word and have your car ready!
