Very unhappy with my experience with this car rental company. Waited at the airport for over an hour for the shuttle bus and then once at the rental site I had to wait in line for over 2hrs before I was able to speak to someone. The car rental associate informed me that I was over an hour late for pick up and they gave my vehicle to someone else.(are you kidding me?) I then had to take an uber to my destination (by this time it was after 12:30 am) the next day I took an uber back to the airport
Hidden fees, poor quality vehicle that are not taken care of, staff was not able to answer standard questions. I will never use NextCar again, horrible experience.
The quoted price I received and what I was expected to pay were completely different. I rented off Uber thinking I was getting a good price. I waited in line for 2 HOURS to check in and another hour to get my car only to be told it would be $410 when I was expecting $175. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I learned my lesson in trying to save money when time is more valuable. The lady who helped was was very pleasant but that is the only nice thing about this establishment.

This company is poorly run. The office staff is rude. The outside staff is so busy and the parking lot is so crammed with cars, it takes forever to get a vehicle, and the check in process is even worse. They push insurance on you when it's not needed, and then hold your deposit for more than 3 weeks. I will never use again.

There was some confusion on the amount of days the rental was for and I did not notice this until we left. With this said, the issues was easily corrected. Overall, the rental experience was very good.
