I was asked to bring $189.00 to the counter to complete my purchase and ended up having to pay $418 dollars in unexpected fees and insurance. I paid for insurance when I booked through the airline and had to purchase your issuance as well. My family of 5 had to wait outside for over an hour in Florida heat without water or a restroom. We weren't able to leave until 1am. The long wait was due to the surprise charges that EVERYONE ahead of me was also experiencing. Every check in was an argument.

The staff was helpful. But I’ll never rent with them again. They may cancel your rental the day before your pickup date…take that into consideration. they also require a proof of my car insurance even my collision insurance already cover by my chase reserve. $20 charge for key return in addition to rental price.
They lied about my rental price and purposely hide extras ! Will NEVER use an offsite place again.

I reserved a compact but was given an SUV which cost almost twice as much.
Cancel. Booked through Uber and when arrived they had no record. They don’t accept AMEX and then they wanted a 2500 because the can change the terms which said 250 deposit. It was a rental for less than 24 hours
