It was an easy process, great experience even though I was very leary for to issues in the past. I would definitely use them again.
It wasn't clear that there was a $2,500 deposit required for the car. The staff was able to work out a way to get it down to $500. It's such a large amount is required to be held on your credit card, that should be made clear before you get there.

It is extremely inconvenient and unethical that we were able to reserve a vehicle with our American Express card but upon arrival the same card was not accepted. We did not have another credit card so we were charged an extra $250 that we did not budget for for this trip
Overall we were happy with our rental. We forgot the credit card needed to reserve the car and were glad that we could use a debit card, but it was with a higher cost. Felt like we were slightly scammed in purchasing the Florida Sunpass, and being on a tight budget the overall cost of the rental with the extra expenses was hard for us. The company was efficient and courteous and the car worked well for what we needed. 5 stars all around If we had been able to do it all with the initial quote.
We rented a mid-sized car, but were given a full sized car for the same price. Car was comfortable and clean. I would definitely rent from them again.
I rented from NextCar via the Uber Rental. NextCar didn't have receive my reservations details from Uber, so I couldn't rent it. So my review is only for the NextCar rental services.
1. The pickup service at airport was really bad. I had to wait for over 45 minutes for their shuttle to arrive.
2. There were just six customers ahead of me in the line when I arrived, yet it took the two customer service reps more than an hour to just let me know that they don't have my rental info.
BAD SERV
We received practically a brand new car. Everything was great about it! The only thing we wish could have been better was the cleanliness inside the car when we picked it up. Besides that, I had a great experience and will rent again.
Reservation was not in the computer. Even though I made it 2 days prior. Then they wanted me to buy insurance. When I made reservation it was never mentioned. Line was long, lots of upset customers. Nextcar needs good management. I will never try to rent from them again.
