Very courteous
They never answer the phone or respond to anything and that’s not good business
They are giving only 100km per day while others are giving 200km per day and staff didn't mention that thing to me.
They are charging for premium location buy timing is just until 8.00PM
horrible - i was told it was unlimited km when in fact it was not

I was very pleased with the rate as well as great customer service and appreciation for business!! I was only use to going to Enterprise because I has no knowledge of Next Car but from here on out I will be seeing them for all my future travel needs.
