When I arrived at airport and called for pickup, agent informed me that no cars were available even though I had a confirmation.
Horrible business practice. However I can inform travelers, would definitely not recommend this car rental company.
the car was the worst car that I have ever seen. Absolutely falling apart , disgusting, stains everywhere, unbelievable amount of dents and scratches, bumper hanging on by silicone glue - it was completely embarrassing to drive with our friends in the car. I cannot believe that this car is actually rented out to people. Staff was nice and no complaints about the staff - this is about the car itself. GROSS!
When I rented the car no information on the requirement for proof of insurance appeared. I knew about this requirement only when turning on my phone in the plane once we landed! The only proof I could get at the late hour was my 16-year-old son taking a photo of an expired insurance card. The agent refused to rent me the car and I had to get a ride back to the main car rental facilty, and no other company had available cars. I took Ubers the entire time in New Orleans. Well over $125. Disatisfid
Cats were filthy inside, look to have never been wiped. The puck up location was filthy too. The puck up and drop off spots were inconvenient at best. Very poor experience.
