I am not sure what her name was but she was working on Thursday 3/17/2022 night. I want to thank her for helping me in a desperate situation. She was helpful and made me feel important; even though it was time to go home. Please thank her for me. The care was junk and brake tag was expired, shook when you went over 50mph (I had to go over the causeway) so not so satisfied with the product but the PEOPLE are AMAZING! and THAT is what gets my recommendation. They seemed understaffed and stressed at how busy it was, but they handled it and were very nice. It was a nice change from renting from a chain corporate agency. More personal and smaller. I would rent from them again.
My reservation was canceled day of due to them not having any cars available. Had to spend 2-3x more by using Uber everywhere for the weekend. Did not receive any compensation for their lack of vehicles.
They cancelled the reservation on the day of, when I was on my way to the airport.
Reservation was canceled 6 hours before arrival. A voicemIl was left saying they had no car for us and not to call. Extremely disappointed and inconvenienced.
We were told that there was no car for us and we were left stranded at the airport in New Orleans. Another rental service gave us a car at more than double the price. This ruined our vacation via budget... Just awful!
I was traveling from Ohio to New Orleans. The rental car place called to let my reservation was canceled when I was on the plane waiting for take off. The conversation short, rather rude and they offered no assistance with helping me to find a replacement. I was so upset and even cried because I had several people checking around for rentals. Not only will I not reserve another car from your establishment, but I will not recommend you to anyone else.
The car was a bit banged up, but that didn't bother me. Cruise control only worked on the first day. This is important because I was mostly on the highway.
Everything was excellent except the car seats looked a little rough for a 2020 car with less than 60K on it. I also didn’t like that there was 1 girl working and had a printer that was not printing properly. She had to hand write my contract and the car cleaner seemed overworked too. It didn’t seem like they had enough staff to get the customers out. I felt sorry for the workers.
This was my first time having to use Uber and I must say I needed the lil experience and everything was great. I'm sure that the rental refunds for car return in good shape and Uber charges will be honored as stated. Its only been 1 day and I haven't checked anything. but I have confidence and I will be renting again. Thanks so much ladies and gentleman.
