The car was not maintained very well. I had to fill up one of the tires with air three separate times due to a hole. The door for the gas cap was damaged and took a lot of fiddling with to open it up. There were multiple warning lights in the dash which made me believe the car was not entirely safe to drive. There was also food left underneath the seats. I'd rather pay a little more for a rental and have peace of mind the car I rented would be safe and clean.

I am sorry we did not the employee's name (she was wearing great cheetah skin) so I could thank her for above and beyond service as we were jamming to make a flight. You know who you are. You saved us from missing flights and connections. We will not forget it.
Was able to set up after hours pick up, short walk over from Shuttle Drop Off but all in all very happy with rental. Will use again. Thanks

The service was good and the car was clean but the Days Inn where we picked up the car is run down and not very appealing to customers. Also the pickup area at the airport needs lighting and better marking. It was hard to find at night and scary to walk to in the dark!
