Location is offsite at Day’s Inn (not rental car center). Need to be picked up/ dropped off by NOLA to their office. Days Inn has hourly shuttles to the airport. if you miss it, NOLA promises to drop you (during working hours) to rental car center. When I returned car at 8.10 am, NOLA office was closed (open time 8 am). I had no transport to rental center/ airport & had to take Uber. NOLA asked for Uber receipt to do a refund. I sent it but have not heard back. Very unprofessional attitude.
Car was in good condition, extremely courteous service from employees, picked up within minutes of calling letting them know I had arrived at the airport rental car terminal. Overall very pleased with the service and price.
Car did not have a full tank of gas. There was no one at the office when I dropped the car off so I left the key in the box. If I get charged for gas I will not be happy.
The car drove and operated fine but smelled of stale cigarettes and the seat belt smelled Ike body odor. I reported this to the agency and they said they would put the car into service. Very nice agents to work with.
