I should have read the reviews and complaints online earlier.
NU Car Rentals advertise a low rate of $11 or $13 a day online but I ended paying more than $100 !
On top of than I expected the that's the cost a full day but since I exceeded 200kms they charged me extra for it. It gets worse – from the $13 , they add all the hidden fees (including all the insurance you don't need and all the extras added to your bill). That's how they added up to way more than $100. Never again !
Would deal with again
The agency was closed when we arrived at the airport! We never got the car booked. Had to find another company to get a new more expensive car.
Disgusting customer service, slow, lazy and rude employees. Charged for insurance without knowing cost. Fuel in vehicle not on full, but expected to bring back full. GPS navigation power cord was faulty. Business residence was of very poor quality. would NEVER consider this company again
They need more employees to answer the phone. When we arrived at the Viscount station, we called to arrange pick up, and no one answered the phone. We had to call numerous times.
The staff seem unfriendly, and impersonal. One man took personal calls while I was waiting for him to answer a question.
Car had a lot of scratches; contract stated 7/8 of gas when it wasn't; only my name and credit card number was visible on the contract, everything else was faded; there was no final estimate on contract (which got higher when i returned the vehicle); the receiving clerk was very cocky and bullish and he already charged my card before asking which method I will use (I brought cash, expecting change before he told me the price was higher than what the first agent told me when i picked up my rental
WE ARE VERY SATISFED . AND THE SYAFF IS VERY OK
ALWAYS OK EXCEPT IT WAS A SMOOKING CAR, SMELL CIGARETTE AND WE DON T LIKE....
Quality and customer service was not at the top of the list, but understandable as a low budget option.
