I've got a prompt confirmation from your site, but unfortunately no car was waiting for me!! I have a loss of 45€ due to a oblige rental with a higher rate,and I have to link it to lack of your professionalism and not a prompt feedback 1.nobody was answering the phone all day2. After sending an E-mail on 10.30 I've waited till 14.27 till I've got replied. I was not contacted even promised in the mail by no one from Italian office to get and explanation and I valuate your efficiency very poor
