very friendly staff and great vehicle!!
Negative point: The vehicle was not road worthy...head light clusters cloudy and therefore provided poor visualbility at night. I was forced to drive with the high beam on which was dangerouse for oncoming traffic. The windscreen wipers were worn and added to the poor visualbility as rather than clearing rain water it smeared it on the windscreen. One wiper blade was buckled and therefore did not touch the windscreen in places when operating.
Positive: Staff exchanged the car without fuss
the waiting time took two hrs very very poor.this is not good.all i get was poor excuses.????.
