The car had a few defects mainly the tires in bad shape and the overhead dome light. I got lost in Mexico City and could not read my directions in the dark. But I would definitely use them again
hi there - i rented a car from Nu Cancun and was offered a rate on the contract but now realized, that the charge on the credit card was much higher! i have asked the staff when dropping off the car why, i have also emailed Nu cancun but don't get a reply!!! i need another rental car but won't use your services anymore.
They have a really good service and cars with good rates.thanks
We had a quote for $58 dollars from the website, but when we got there they charge an additional $200 for their insurance & $400 for an deductible (which we got back). However, i was not expecting an additional $600, they should had put that online
