So far we had no problem with regards to your service or to the vehicle. We enjoyed our stay in going around US . Renting a car that is reliable made our trip worthwhile. I will highly recommend to people rental car than using there own vehicle.Price is reasonable as well.

My flight to LAX on June 17, 2011 was delayed 2 hours at Tulsa, OK due to crew arrangement. I called in before 11pm. However, I could not pick up the car after the arriving time 11:30pm. I went to pick up the car the next day and was told the reservation was cancel and the best thing to do is to cancel and make another reservation. I think cancel and reserve another one is best from CRX point of view, but not the best for customer who can make all these arrangement on the run. I just gave up.

I made multiple phone calls to get the car (Toyota) however was offered a Hundai, NO THANKS, I passed on the car. when asked NU staff how many miles per gallon/hwy could not advise. did not no much about the car they were renting. Also I got into the car to look at it, not clean at all. appeared to be gum on the floor board YUCK...the staff at this office is to laid back and not very attententive to your customer.
1. Waiting for 50 min and the only two options was keep waiting or so call "upgrade" to a more gas consumption SUV.
2. Car condition is really bad and unsafe. The front tires are wore out, only three treads. Four people with two luggage in a 2010 intermediate car in high way, per gallon can only run 27-28 miles.
I know your deal is cheaper, but not so cheap with such bad car and poor customer services.
Was kept waiting for my car for more than 30 min.
The car was damaged and filthy. It had not been cleaned and there was rubbish all in it. I was also quoted $90 and was not made aware of the insurance fees which brought the booking to over $300 which I considered deceiving
Especially the van driver of the NU rental company in San Francisco was excellent. Give him a salary raise!!
i would have liked to know the insurance rates prior to rental.
All round good experience, although the car smelt very badly of cigarette smoke.
