Great price, great car, professional looking counter, good service. Only improvement would be great speed at check-in and check-out.
Fast response and a good car at the great rate, but there is a hidden charge when I pick up the car because the system cannot show it at the time when I made my reservation.
One lady at the front office was too cold in treatin customer. She could have shown a little care and emotion, and not too STRAIGHT and RUDE.
I have not been picked up at all, when trying to finf no sign where the office is, missing company name shield, etc.etc.
The cae was scrached and in a poor condition, badly cleaned, with some peace of plastic cover at the rear right weel broken and making noises when driving. My email regarding the quote for the insurance has not been replied. After I finally found the rental office I've have been shocked by insurance qoute,

There was a bit of confusion when I rented because of the different agency names. On-line they have the hotel address and on the map they show a totally different location so I wasn't sure of the pick up location. Also, when I called I had a very hard time getting through.
This rental was well below what level of car I shouild of had. It was thoroughly marked and shabby looking. In a minior accident and then not repaired and rented to us. It smelled like urine any time the air conditioning was put on the first week. Sorry but you need better quality control with who you work with
