My rental was for a premium SUV (toyata highlander or similiar) I recieved a Nissian Rouge which work just fine, but it's smaller than the highlander IMO.
my vehicle that I ordered was not available and I was forced to pay for a comparable one and not giving any options and it was terrible service and a very sad about it and I paid money that I did not budget for a bigger vehicle that could accommodate disabled people so I could not downgrade to a sedan. I also reached out to customer service and I’m not yet back And I know they won’t even read the survey
1- the kayak and CRX list the company as "in terminal". but it was off terminal ( 1hour waisted searching)
2- did not have a shuttle with rental company name - confusing to find and waisted another hour.
3- for Time that I wasted finding the company, I arrived after 2 hours. They said you are late! did not take responsibility
4- I rented a full size SUV, they changed it to midsize SUV

Instructions for pick up stated a shuttle comes every 15 minutes but after 20 minutes of waiting I had to call and then they sent a driver. The staff that helped me lied about the toll pass. I didn't actually need it but she made it sound like I really did. What a scam
This was incorrectly listed as airport parking. It is offsite. It takes too long to get there. They crammed too many people into too small a car, because they don’t have a real shuttle. It took too long to check out the car. The car stunk.
One switch is not at the Houston airport, the address listed was a comfort suite hotel 10 minutes away. When we got to comfort suite hotel they stated the company is no longer there and had moved. I attempted to call the number on the email and received no response. I had to reserve another vehicle and paid three times as much.
Customers that need to drop off their car after hours need an option to do so and be provided with viable option or reimbursement to secure transportation to the airport
I’m waiting for someone in a management or leadership position to call me back so I can share concerning and detailed feedback about my experience. Something inappropriate and unprofessional occurred during my pickup process and I would like to speak with someone as soon as possible.
