The shuttle to pick up is confusing. The brand is not listed, I had to ask the driver. They don't allow for an early drop off in case of an early flight so I had to drop it off early the previous night before they closed and take an Uber back to the hotel and then Uber again in the morning to the airport.
1) In the quote was promised Premium SUV, but got standard SUV without any decrease in price. I figure out it only during key hand-over and had no time to stay in line again to complain. Nissan Rogue was clearly not a premium SUV.
2) Original booking quote was $65.80, but was charged >2.5 times more - $169.51, despite opting-out of anything possible.
3) Was charged for Baby seat $20.97, but never got it with the car. Not to mention that in the initial quote it was promised to be $14.28.
45 min wait at airport for the shuttle. Deceiving cost. Was told at the counter that you didn’t “partner” with my insurance so I had to pay a waiver fee which is ridiculous. I only planned on using the toll pass 2 days out of my 7 day rental and I was forced to pay for all 7 days so less that $15 of tolls cost me over $90. Upon returning the car was told I had to wait for the shuttle driver to show up to inspect the car wasting eveyone on the shuttles time while 2 people sat inside doing n
I was charged for a toll in every where I went l stay on the street to avoid the toll they charge me 4.95 + a 29.00 fee I am going to call my credit card company and complain about it
Car too much per day including the fees and insurance. Then on top of that a $500 deposit?? Ridiculous, especially since it's been 6 days and I haven't received my deposit back.
Not worth the $30 you try to save by renting from here. The inconvenience isn’t worth it.
This car rental company was very unsatisfactory and need a direct overhaul as for as customer service. NO ONE ADVISED ME THEY DIDNT HAVE A DROP BOX ON SIGHT.
The service as far as me receiving my rental car in a timely manner was terrible.
