45 min wait at airport for the shuttle. Deceiving cost. Was told at the counter that you didn’t “partner” with my insurance so I had to pay a waiver fee which is ridiculous. I only planned on using the toll pass 2 days out of my 7 day rental and I was forced to pay for all 7 days so less that $15 of tolls cost me over $90. Upon returning the car was told I had to wait for the shuttle driver to show up to inspect the car wasting eveyone on the shuttles time while 2 people sat inside doing n
I was charged for a toll in every where I went l stay on the street to avoid the toll they charge me 4.95 + a 29.00 fee I am going to call my credit card company and complain about it
Car too much per day including the fees and insurance. Then on top of that a $500 deposit?? Ridiculous, especially since it's been 6 days and I haven't received my deposit back.
Not worth the $30 you try to save by renting from here. The inconvenience isn’t worth it.
This car rental company was very unsatisfactory and need a direct overhaul as for as customer service. NO ONE ADVISED ME THEY DIDNT HAVE A DROP BOX ON SIGHT.

The cars are not at the airport, you have to waited for an unmarked shuttle to get you. Good luck finding the shuttle because no one says anything. I had to ask every shuttle driver if they were stride. Finally a blue one with four car companies on it said yes. None of the car companies were stride. Then I got there after this hour ordeal and found out they had canceled my car. I was late because I could not find their shuttle. This was a horrible experience.
Was was given a 100 mile per day limit (even though I do not live in Texas)
Stride kept the $500 rental deposit - they are trying to see if I did not notice. Action is being taken. Beware of this cut price, low service car rental agency!
