The rate we were given was great when booking online. When we arrived from the airport we were told it would be mandatory $14.99 per day for tolls and they would not accept our Progressive Insurance for liability so another $14.99 per day, totaling over $400 for a mid SUV 7 days. To tired to look for another rental company so we just conceded. Do your homework.
I would never recommend One Switch Car rental to anyone. They have many hidden charges which they do not tell you about before hand. They ding your bank account after you are back home. We now have to fight this from another state. They are a huge scam company. Do not go there!

Staff was pathetic unethical and no sense of politeness.worst to deal with.no one cares at all.
Poor service and poor rules for rental.
NEVER RENT FROM ONE SWITCH!!! Arrived at the airport. Called the numbers I was told to. No one ever picked up. Tried other one switch offices. No one picked up. Others had the same issue. Had to get another rental car from a different but more reputable and respected source.
Overall good
This was the worst car rental experience of my life! After waiting almost 2 hours at the airport for the shuttle to arrive, and multiple phone calls, once we've finally got to the rental location we were told our reservation was cancelled! By whom? No answer! When? At 11:00am while we were still in the air! We definitely did not cancel the reservation. We were left with no vehicle, the agent was completely uncooperative. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
I got scam. The company never pick us up un orlando. Waited over a hr and the number that he text me from.. to tell me where to go got disconnected after I waited outside at the Orlando airport. Scam scam scam!!
