Just you need pick up system to faster and phone system need be a lot better
I was ignored for 45 minutes. With no one else at the office. I rent with one Switch and get sent to another company and another location with no notification. Bad experience all around.

The only way the rate can be honored if you have very high insurance limits. I have an already higher than minimum insurance and it still wasn’t enough for the company so I was then charged double what I was expected and had to find a different rental company in the middle of the night. Staff was very friendly and not rude at all, but we were put in a stressful situation late in the night due to rate being doubled upon getting there.
