Upon leaving the office, the tire light came on saying one tire has a pressure of 11, which is dangerously low. I put air in it and went on my way. Next day, it was down, and it went down every day. I attempted to call the office, and customer service multiple times, never once receiving any response, not anyone answering the phone. I had to put air in it 4 more times. The rented an unsafe car, and did not care upon return, only saying "email customer service" . Awful from start to finish.

The car died and I called for service and was told we needed to use our insurance roadside to get it brought in... jumped it and it ran... then it died again in the middle of traffic to find it was a loose terminal on the battery. Poor quality assurance and care of vehicles.
I was charged double the price $24.99 for an additional driver. I only needed an addit'l driver added because my wife's credit card was used to pay for the rental. Her card was used because they would not accept my Visa debit card or Amex. When I made the reservation it asked me how I would pay the deposit and I checked the box that said debit card which is very misleading. Why wasn't I informed about credit card requirements before I arrived? Also, I was not allowed to change driver to my wife.
THIS RENTAL COMPANY IS RIP OFF SO DO NOT USE THEM. Its off airport location and made us wait almost an hour for the car. When we reached their location, found out.....they operate 6+ rental companies from just one location/counter. they wouldn't honor the price and want to add unreasonable fees more than doubling original quote. There were ~5 familes in the van and none of them ended up picking up their car because of various types of price grousing
The person were rude with other employees for no particular reasons. The company does not mention anywhere that they don't accept American Express, which "forces" me to pay for insurance, were I should not need to.
Car gets delivered with half tank, which makes hard to return it back with the same amount.
Caveat emptor. The price was attractive compared to the onsite rentals, but this was not a normal rental experience and I ended up with no car on one of the busiest travel periods of the year because I did not bring and could not easily produce my auto insurance policy declarations page at pickup time. Finding an alternative was very expensive via a luxury rental company as they were the only ones with cars available.
