The stuff was very friendly. The car was pretty new and gas saving efficient. Very nice driving experience.

Was just ok
We expected the shuttle bus to display a "ONE SWITCH RENTAL CAR" sign. We waited for 30 minutes. Another customer noticed how long we were standing there and showed us a picture on her cell phone of the "Green Bus" that we should board. Can you fix that?
Shuttle from airport not clearly labeled, waited almost 40 min outside + 15 min on the phone before hanging up. Location agent not knowledgeable. Took a very long time to get car. Car in poor condition.
Darlenus (this is the name she wrote down when I asked her to do so) provided us with the most negligent customer service experience of our entire lives. She told us that our reservation had been canceled since we were supposed to have picked up the car at 10AM. When I produced our reservation to show her, indisputably, that the reservation was made for 10PM, she told me I was wrong. My wife and I asked to speak to Darlenus’s manager, and her reply was “I don’t have a manager.”
My notes:
-The shuttle needs to be more clearly labeled, the one switch symbol was on it, but not the name
-The hold has been on my credit card for 9 business days after I returned my vehicle, I'm wondering when it will go.
-I returned the car early, and got a call much later in the day asking where the car was. I had to explain that it was checked back in by an employee. Not much trouble after that.
