Great service and clean car
I’m waiting for someone in a management or leadership position to call me back so I can share concerning and detailed feedback about my experience. Something inappropriate and unprofessional occurred during my pickup process and I would like to speak with someone as soon as possible.
Great rates
My flight landed on time. I was waiting on their shuttle driver. They said it wouldn't be a problem even though I would be over an hour late. I arrived one hour and 13 minutes past my reservation BECAUSE OF THEIR SHUTTLE! When I went o the desk they told me because I was over the hour they cancelled my reservation and there was nothing they could do and wouldn't let me make a new reservation even though the vehicle wasn't rented out to anyone else and they kept my deposit. Horrible and rude.

Friendly service once you get to know and understand them a little
I used your company because I thought that it was on IAH property, as indicated on the Kayak app. This was not the case. My 2pm reservation turned n2 an hour wait because the employee who was tasked to pick up my family of 4 showed up in a small SUV. Then we had to wait even longer until the guy at the office showed up in a similar vehicle where we all had to squish in bc I refused to wait any longer. 1 guy in the office and another picking up customers is not a business. Never again.
Rented a car for a city they no longer operate in. The address on the website still shows Houston, but when you arrive at the pickup location, there is no one there.
Then there is zero correspondence by email or phone call through several attempts. We were left without a car while in town with a sick elderly person for cancer treatment.

Experience overall was great. Only issue I had was with deposit. It was extremely high deposit even though I was using a credit card.
