Excellent service. They made the service from IAH (Houston Int'l to their location very simple and quick, once we figured out where to meet them. This is a "new" branch in Houston, of a Florida Company. Basically, a "startup". They are doing a great job. Still working out some of the bugs but we were totally satisfied with the service and the car. I would definitely rent from them again and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Was just ok
We expected the shuttle bus to display a "ONE SWITCH RENTAL CAR" sign. We waited for 30 minutes. Another customer noticed how long we were standing there and showed us a picture on her cell phone of the "Green Bus" that we should board. Can you fix that?
Shuttle from airport not clearly labeled, waited almost 40 min outside + 15 min on the phone before hanging up. Location agent not knowledgeable. Took a very long time to get car. Car in poor condition.
