Desastrosa, prepotencia, falta de respeto, arrogancia, todo un desastre desde recogida, información y trato, total deficiencia.
I was hesitant to rent from this agency because there were some very negative reviews, however, we had a wonderful experience. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. It would have been absolutely perfect if the shuttle had arrived within a few minutes, but I realize that is just all in the timing and we probably arrived right after the shuttle left with another group. Also, it would have been very helpful if the return shuttle would have dropped us off at the actual airport.
It’s been 15 business days and still haven’t received my deposit back yet. I won’t be renting another car there. You’re better off going an enterprise or budget. I recently rented from Enterprise and got my deposit back within a few days of returning the car.

Need ins dec pg= hassle agent as $14.xx a day for toll pass because “car has sticker and sometimes it will grab the window sticker even if you go through self pay” so $45.00 for 2 tolls. The place was a dump, bathroom “broke”. First car was filthy and full of dents I couldn’t find enough space on the form to articulate the damages and dirt, so they gave me a substitute car that was smaller and less leg room. This agency charged me more than the published rate and refuses to make this right. Additionally, I lost almost 2hours of my time trying to find this rental location as it is far from the off airport rental location, requires an additional shuttle and there are no clear signs, directions or advisories of this.
This felt like a bait and switch company. First off the price quoted did not include nor was there disclosure about $500 one time temp fee that could take up to 30 days to get back, there was no pricing or disclosure about about a mandatory toll pass for another $50 and while the site asks you to input your insurance information the counter still required a copy of my insurance coverage (not just my card). The car was damaged and smaller than reserved.
Rented a mid size SUV, which should have a rav 4 in likeness. Was given a Nissan kick, which rode very low to the ground which is what we were trying to avoid.
They gave me a smaller vehicle for the same price of the larger vehicle that I reserved and would not change. It had 1/8th of a tank of fuel when I received it.
