Darlenus (this is the name she wrote down when I asked her to do so) provided us with the most negligent customer service experience of our entire lives. She told us that our reservation had been canceled since we were supposed to have picked up the car at 10AM. When I produced our reservation to show her, indisputably, that the reservation was made for 10PM, she told me I was wrong. My wife and I asked to speak to Darlenus’s manager, and her reply was “I don’t have a manager.”
My notes:
-The shuttle needs to be more clearly labeled, the one switch symbol was on it, but not the name
-The hold has been on my credit card for 9 business days after I returned my vehicle, I'm wondering when it will go.
-I returned the car early, and got a call much later in the day asking where the car was. I had to explain that it was checked back in by an employee. Not much trouble after that.
The driver who picked me up from the rental terminal was rude and somewhat agressive to an extent. We waited for 45 minutes for him to show up, my wife and daughter had to use the restroom so when he got there and I told him they were coming he got very upset. When I told him we had been waiting for him for 45 minutes he told me I was a liar and that he was there 15 minutes before. Even two people who overheard told him it was not true and he had not been then for over 35 minutes.

The car outside had numerous scratches and scrapes. It was recorded. I only hope I am not charged since there are so many not sure they are all documented.

I arrived early for pick up due to an earlier than expected departure from the ship. With that , it made me arrive early for pick up and they were not accommodating at all. I waited 2 hours for a car that was sitting on the lot before they would give it to me. I had 3 children ranging from 5 yrs to 8 months with me. No seats in the facility to sit which meant we were outside in the heat. This was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend or use this place again.cost $200 more
