Rented a mid size SUV, which should have a rav 4 in likeness. Was given a Nissan kick, which rode very low to the ground which is what we were trying to avoid.
They gave me a smaller vehicle for the same price of the larger vehicle that I reserved and would not change. It had 1/8th of a tank of fuel when I received it.
The only thing I would make known to future renters is that the rental location is outside of the airport. With that being said the shuttle arrived in a timely manner both for pick up and return. More time may need to be added if you have plans to be somewhere. Everyone was helpful and courteous.
Staff made sure to explain the terms clearly, and there were no surprises. The cleanliness of the vehicle was exceptional. The pricing was fair, no hidden fees
