Amazing customer service! Will definitely use them again!
Very happy but the pick up and drop off could be better as far as the time it takes at the office. Staff was very nice.
Excellent value
No agent was available for delivering the vehicle. Waited on agent. Original car was not honoured, but was switched to correct vehicle. Agreed price for extension beyond quote was not honoured and was charged 2 weeks after rental. Car itself was good, business operations is bad. Will not return.
Overall a great experience. Highly recommend. I'll definitely be renting again when next I visit Toronto.

it was initially quoted at $15 a day but it turned out to be quite a lot more than that after other charges.
Great service I would recommend them. They are so nice and accommodating. They even let me return my car a few hours late with no issue. Not saying this is normal practice but you can see they will try to do something to help you. I would rent from them again in the future

They were not even aware i had booked a rental. The guys i dealt with had lack of knowledge and were not able to communicate properly. When i went to drop it off , there was no one on site. They charged me CAD 200$ as deposit and said will refund after return. But instead i was charged additional 70$ CAD for insurance even after showing them i had insurance already. Now i have contacted them several times but they are hard to get through and keep promising me my refund but have not got any yet.
