The car was ready promptly, and was clean and in great working order.
If you are staying in an airport hotel on either end of your visit, mention it. They were willing to drop us off at the hotel, instead of just taking us to the airport. Nice service.
Added 1 extra day to the 14 day rental period originally booked online. added $200. to the invoice when the daily rate was $33. Didn’t fight the extra charges as we were short on time. Be cautious on the pricing when adding an extra day to your reservation.
Is this a joke??? No one answered there damn phones to pick us up from the airport this company is a total joke don’t waste your time
ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Rental agency came and picked us up with the car we rented, as we rented a 5 person car with 5 people, we had to leave some behind at the airport. The driver called for someone to pick up my wife and girls but never sent anyone, I had to go back to get them. When we returned the car at our scheduled time, no one was there. We arrived 30 minutes early and after waiting for 45 minutes we left the car in the airport parking lot and locked it. Car was dirty inside
Obviously this survey shows your lack of competence. Your company almost ruined our trip to my nephew's wedding. Nobody answered the phone to come pick us up. I specifically confirmed our rental time of 23:45 and was provided an email to confirm. As most rental places were closed at the airport we were fortunate to find Alamo who was open and not only matched your price but gave it to us at a lower rate. I will never consider using your company again or recommend you either. Darlene Mauro

Was disappointed to be told we had to pay an extra 10.00 per day for a liability ins. add on, also we were directed to a different rental agency because our car was not available from PEEL CAR RENTAL. even after making a long time reservation.

PROOF OF LIABILITY COVERAGE IN ONTARIO/CAR INSURANCE IN THE RENTERS NAME MUST BE PROVIDED, Peel Car Rental has right to refuse the vehicle if proper do***entation is not provided. Also we can only hold the car for 1 hr from the time of the reservation. Unless we are called and asked to hold the car or flight delay with the flight number.
