overall great experience
Waited about 45 minutes for pick-up. Then they had difficulty finding my reservation. Insurance requirements need to be stated more simply and clearly in understandable English. Nobody can understand the legalese.

The owner of the car obviously smoked in the vehicle and it smelled of stale smoke.
Great service and help from Peel Car Rentals. I would definitely use them again. I appreciated their help in advance of my booking related to an international licence query. The T&Cs could be a bit clearer on/after booking as they are quite repetitive, but this is only a very minor point.
Peel was out of cars, that said they had made arrangements to have me looked after and my rate honoured by a different agency
The fellows at PEEL are friendly, helpful and prompt! The only down was that our car had been smoked in - yuck! I would rent from them again :)
