Very happy with the service overall
Peel informed me that they had run out of cars so Universal Car Rental would pick us up and rent us a car for the same cost. They did, but this was very disconcerting. The car we received from Universal was a Toyota Corolla. It drove fine but was in dirty condition. The windows in and out were so dirty that we had to stop and clean them. There were cobwebs in the back window along the headrests. Yes, cobwebs. NEVER AGAIN WITH UNIVERSAL OR PEEL.
Your staff was exceptionally courteous and really made us feel welcomed.

I am very much please with their service. The location is about 10 mins away but its worth it after all the savings, They gave me free upgrade vehicle since the did not have the vehicle i reserved. I will rent from them again and will recommend my friends and family
My wife and I arrived at Toronto airport on August 29, 2012 at 6.35 pm all as scheduled, and called the number their company provided for the shuttle to pick us
up, all as arranged. I only got their answering service so I left a message for their shuttle to pick us up at Terminal 3 – number 13 exit, along with my cell number.
Their information stated it would be approximately 5 minutes wait time for pick up. We waited 15 minutes but no one showed up nor did I get a return phone call.
When I contacted the agency from the airport, they claimed they'd sent me an email 3 days earlier cancelling our reservation. Never received this email, and even if I had it would have been unsatisfactory to cancel our reservation only 3 days beforehand.
