Amazing customer service, would recommend especially if help was needed at 11pm for 6am there was always a response within 5mins. Made checking in and verifying information simple. Was One of the best car rental experiences ive had.
I asked for an extra but the rate was much higher, it would have been nice to have a lower price since I was already a paying customer. Other than that it was fabulous.
Great experience. It is a little different to have to wash your rental car before turning it in (it's free and easy to do). It is also different to not deal directly with a human on site. I also had to stand up for myself that I did in fact fill the gas tank up so as not to be charged with a service and gas fee of $65 (there was a delay in the OnStar system registering my fill up). Otherwise, this was a great rental experience.
Signing contract without paper by signing on my cellphone using car rental instructions was difficult. The car rental instructions lacked two steps.

The experience was better than I thought. I was initially skeptical about not renting from a national chain but ultimately, everything was great. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. There were no issues and the experience was great. This was a last minute reservation due to an out of town death in the family and this experience helped to make things less stressful. We appreciate all that was done for us.
Every part of the rental experience was great. I was concerned with sharing personal information via email (vs a secure site) but a rep called me after I expressed my concern and provided the background and I was happy to continue via email. They were SUPER responsive via text and I never had to wait which made me so much more comfortable when I had any questions during the process (which was minimal). Definitely using them again! Highly recommend!!
