No car available when we arrived at counter
Plse give me back the 44 usd yountook from my crédit Card
It wasn’t stated anywhere that Priceless doesn’t accept canadian TPL insurance, and my reservation ended up costing me more than double the price I was supposed to pay. They literally steal money from costumers. They added a 15$/day SunPass charge to my bill when I said I didnt want it and once I saw it on the contract, they said it was too late to cancel it. They charged more on my credit card than the stated amount on my bill. The car they gave me was damaged and full of bird poop.
This is one of the worst places I ever been I want my booking fee money back $27 I never picked up the rental car. They want you to have their insurance when you can decline their insurance then when you can have their insurance, they want 100 to 300,000 on your policy then they want to take your credit card and do a $2000 hold on your credit it the young lady behind the counter was very rude and II ended up going to Avis’s rental car and picking up a rental I never received this
This was a total and complete nightmare from beginning to end. This "agency" is running a complete scam and should not be allowed to advertise on Expedia. You know this is a total scam because after seeing the name and looking at reviews of all the third parties this has been going on for quite some time. It is really unsafe and horrible, especially for families traveling with small children.
We were not picked up at the airport. No shuttle service available to pick us up. We called the office EIGHT times. On our last call, when we spoke with someone, we were finally informed that they could not honor our reservation due to THEIR internet issues. We were left at the airport with no transportation. We had to make other arrangements costing us valuable time and money.
I had a good experience. I would say they should have a number you can call to request someone to pick you up to take you to the airport. The driver came, but we still needed to get our luggage out of the vehicle and turn in the keys, etc. So, that driver left. Had to wait about 30 more minutes for another driver to come by. It was terribly hot outside, with nothing to drink. Would be nice to add a machine to purchase drinks/snacks. Also a number listed to request the bus to come.
Shuttle driver informed all waiting for Priceless there were no cars even with reservations
AC was not working. Upon return agent said oh we have been having problems with the AC in that car. Additional insurance charge is ridiculous and a scam. I have Allstate full coverage but these guys made me pay $30/day for 5 times more coverage.
I was not able to talk to anyone at the company, the car was not available
Was well worth the cost.
