They were listed as located at terminal, they're not. When I finally found where a shuttle was supposed to be-there was none I had to call them to find out what was going on. They were no help-there was no pickup, they didn't have my res by name or otherwise, said it wasn't confirmed - but it was, I had the confirmation! The ccd was charged w/partial pymnt. By this time, no longer interested in trying to make this work.
Obviously no car to rent. Beware,this place is not in business to rent cars

Worst rental experience since 1985. Agency was 6.5miles off site, this was never disclosed in the rental process. It was in a sketchy part of town next to a strip club. They insisted on seeing a copy of my insurance, I have NEVER had that request before. I was dropping off the car at 0500 in the morning, they told me I would have to Uber back to the airport, at five in the morning, they would not provide transportation. I was forced to return to the airport and rent from a reputable company.

Complaints - I was under the impression that priceless was at MCO and I waited for the shuttle for over an hour once I arrived at the airport, and I was unable to contact customer service to see what the delay was about. However, my shuttle upon return was prompt. I was quoted $222ish online, as full price, and paid $125+ more once I arrived. Plus, a $250 hold on my credit card. I wasn't prepared for those fees and holds.

The staff stayed an extra 45 minutes past closing to wait for us!!! Great people thank you!!
I never completed the rental. I called to say my flight would arrive at a different time. I was told that i could change once i arrived. I never got a rental.
You and your staff are very unprofessional and I will newer rent not recommend your company to any one. Further more I am writing a very negative reviews on all social media to make sure anyone interested are directed to other reputable carriers that treat their customers with respect and dignity.

They gave my car away before I got there and I had to rent from elsewhere after no car for 3 days.
I received a call 30 minutes before we left for the airport from Priceless informing me that they were cancelling my reservation. The excuse given was a lack of availability. So my recommendation would be to go with someone else, as we were forced to do.
